Duane Goodrich is an ambitious, caring, and creative individual who aspires to make the world a better place. His mother raised him right, and he prides himself on his ability to do a backflip. Having graduated high school in Georgia, Duane is currently in his second year at Utah State University, studying Social Work and Spanish. Last year, he had the opportunity to study abroad in Argentina, further expanding his horizons.
Duane has volunteered extensively with a yoga studio, assisting with classes, workshops, and community events. He also coached gymnastics for eight months, working with children aged 4 to 13. Currently, he is working with QYS, where he continues to make a positive impact. Duane's interest in the field of mental health comes from his own personal growth, inspiration, and the joy of witnessing others' growth.
As a Youth Mentor, Duane enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, including kids, teenagers, Hispanics, English speakers, and anyone eager to grow. In his free time, he indulges in yoga, running, studying, engaging in conversations, attending university events, and participating in university involvement. He also loves eating, world travel, drinking mate, and, most importantly, smiling.
