MEET THE TEAM

Makenna is a BSW intern from Utah State University working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Social work.

Mikalya is a BSW intern in her final year at Utah State University studying social work and a minor in Spanish.

Jennifer is a BSW Intern from Utah State University and provides PRS services to DHS teens.

Becky a co-owner and co-founder of Quality Youth Services and has more than 30 years experience in working with youth and foster/proctor care.

Shan'tel Christensen is a CSW therapist from Logan, Utah who specializes in anxiety, depression and stress management.

Vanessa is a CSW therapist who is experienced working with youth and adults who are looking to improve their mental health.

Amanda is a CSW therapist who has experience working with at-risk populations of all ages.

Maria enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband, two sons, two dogs and a foster daughter. Maria loves to travel around the world whenever she have the opportunity to do so.

Jaedyn is a CSW therapist who is passionate about people and compassionate towards their struggles. She is patient, and curious. Jaedyn thinks that all people have a right to be happy and feels honored to be able to help people access that right.

Camille began working with private providers who hold contracts with the Department of Human Services in 2006. She joined the team at Quality Youth Services in October 2016.

Chelsea is a Clinical Intern working towards her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University.

Shalise is a MSW Clinical Intern from Boise State University.

Marissa has 7 years experience working with kids and teens to help them overcome the challenges they face every day.

Margarita is a Master of Social Work clinical intern who already holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Leadership.

Brooke is a MSW intern from Utah State University who has experience working with troubled youth and families in their homes, offering intervention services and teaching valuable life skills.

Ariane Phelps is a MSW Therapist intern who enjoys working with youth to overcome past trauma in their lives.

Jessica is an MSW Therapist Intern with the Weber State University MSW Program. She is a retired US Air Force combat veteran, full-time sexual assault victim advocate, mother of 3, and wife of 24 years. Before planting roots in Utah, Jessica has lived all over the world to include: North Carolina, Portugal, Japan, Germany, and Alaska.

Megan moved to Logan Utah to attend the Social Work Master's Program at Utah State University and is a MSW therapist intern.

Candice is a MSW Therapist Intern who enjoys working with teens and children in a therapeutic setting.

Tania received her Associate of Science from Weber State in 2018. She supervises mentors that work with youth at QYS. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, checking out local events, and coffee shops, and traveling.

Jessica studied at Snow College. She enjoys her job at QYS and loves the interactions she gets to have with coworkers, clients, and their families.

Katie Marchant is our office manager and is located in the Harrisville Office.

Tami is the Clinical Director and co-founder of Quality Youth Services. Tami specializes in trauma, NOJOS, depression, anxiety, and addictions. She specializes in working with adolescents, couples, and families.

Kayce graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child Development from Utah State University in 2018, and her Master of Social Work from Baylor University in 2022. She specializes in trauma-informed practice, anxiety, depression, self-worth, problematic sexual behaviors (NOJOS), and working with the LGBTQ+ population.

Rebecca has 10 years of experience as a therapist and enjoys working with young adults, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in treating NOJOS issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and addiction.

Madi provides Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), and Trauma Focused therapy to adults and children as young as 7 years old.

Ciara has been with Quality Youth Services since 2014 and likes working with any population. She often works with those who have experienced trauma, sexual offending, autism, and anxiety.

Kellie graduated from the University of Utah with her MSW. She is trained in TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, and NOJOS treatment.

Simone serves those struggling with a wide array of challenges and her focus has been to help those with anxiety, attachment challenges, complex trauma and relationship challenges in a relaxed safe atmosphere. Simone specializes in anxiety, trauma care, and attachment challenges.

Brayden specializes in working with young children, treating Trauma as well as Anxiety. He is trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and enjoys helping children and family navigate the effects of trauma on young children. He lives by the motto "Therapy Can Be Fun!" and engages young clients in meaningful games and therapeutic activities.

Shae enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples with diverse needs and diagnoses. She speaks Spanish and practices bilingual therapy. Shae is trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Narrative Therapy.

René always wanted to make a difference in a child's life and has done this by working with at-risk youth/youth that struggle with the law, substance abuse, and NOJOS specific clients.

Tessla is a dedicated, hard worker and a full time mom.

Carson is a attending Utah State University studying Music Therapy.

Paola works as a Youth Mentor in Davis and Weber County.

Melinda is a full time single mom and a part time Youth Mentor.

Dezi is a a full time hair stylist and a part-time youth mentor working with teens in Weber and Davis County.

Jenny is a cheerful and outgoing Youth Mentor who enjoys working will youth of all ages in the community.

Sam is a dedicated Youth Mentor for Quality Youth Services for over a year in the Utah County area.
