Sydney Foulk moved back to Utah after being away for 5 years and settled in Ogden, Ut, where she lives with her cat Simba. She was so grateful for the opportunity to work with QYS as she is passionate about working with teenagers and helping them to succeed in life. In her downtime, Sydney enjoys crocheting and reading, as well as binge-watching whatever Netflix show has caught her attention. In the summer, Sydney enjoys camping and fishing and spending any time she can outdoors.
As a Treatment Coordinator with QYS, Sydney is essentially the gatekeeper between her Clients and the world. She coordinates with all treatment team members, family, and community supports to ensure her clients are set up for success. Sydney primarily focuses on building a strong relationship with her clients to learn the best possible ways to help them succeed in whatever life they've chosen for themselves after discharge. Sydney also works in a supervisory role, supervising Trackers/Youth Mentors to ensure the direct care provided to the Clients is quality care. Sydney also manages Proctor and Transition to Adult Living (TAL) homes in the Ogden area, following the Together Facing the Challenge (TFTC) model to ensure clients' physical, mental, and emotional needs are met in the placement home.
