Zoe Smith, Youth Mentor

Zoe Smith is a Youth Mentor at the Pleasant Grove location, where she brings curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for connecting with young people. She loves learning new things and finds purpose in supporting others as they build confidence and discover their strengths.

Zoe is currently studying Health Science at Utah Valley University and plans to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. Although she is new to the mental health field, she is enthusiastic about growing her skills and contributing to a supportive, empowering environment for youth.

She is still exploring the types of clients she enjoys working with most, but she values authentic connection and approaches each person with openness and care.

Outside of work and school, Zoe enjoys reading and spending time outdoors—pretty much anything outside brings her joy.

She is grateful to be part of a team that prioritizes compassion, growth, and meaningful support for the youth and families in Pleasant Grove.
