Bekha Villalpando, CSW

Bekha graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with her Masters in Social Work. She enjoys working with adolescents, children, and adults using Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, positive psychology, and being strengths-based.

Jessica Durrant

Jessica studied at Snow College. She enjoys her job at QYS and loves the interactions she gets to have with coworkers, clients, and their families.

Audrey Chavez, MSW-I

Audrey is currently working on her Masters of Social Work at Utah Valley University. She enjoys working with adolescents and is trained in DBT and CBT.

Kellie Bonner, CSW

Kellie graduated from the University of Utah with her MSW. She is trained in TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, and NOJOS treatment.

Kayce Bradley, CSW

Kayce graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child Development from Utah State University in 2018, and her Master of Social Work from Baylor University in 2022. She specializes in trauma-informed practice, anxiety, depression, self-worth, problematic sexual behaviors (NOJOS), and working with the LGBTQ+ population.

Emmi Morgan

Emmi has worked with children in schools and other programs for two years. She is a mentor for QYS, helping clients meet their needs.

James Clemesha

James has over five years of experience working with youth. He was a youth mentor before becoming a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS) provider, his current position.

Lindsey Jordan, BSW Intern

Lindsey is currently working towards her Bachelors of Social Work degree at Utah State University, and will be graduating in the spring of 2023.

Kylee Dewberry, MSW-I

Kylee received her BS from UVU in 2021 and is currently working on her Master of Social Work degree from USU. She was a case manager prior to interning with QYS.

Cody Raspberry, MSW-I

Cody is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree at Boise State University.

Lexi Boyd, BSW Intern

Lexi is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Utah Valley University.

Alexsis Allred, BSW Intern

Alexsis is currently working on her Bachelor's of Social Work at Weber State University.

Tania Saucedo, Mentor Supervisor

Tania received her Associate of Science from Weber State in 2018. She supervises mentors that work with youth at QYS. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, checking out local events, and coffee shops, and traveling.

Katie Marchant, Office Manager

Katie Marchant is our office manager and is located in the Harrisville Office.

Tami Paxton, LCSW

Tami is the Clinical Director and co-founder of Quality Youth Services. Tami specializes in trauma, NOJOS, depression, anxiety, and addictions. She specializes in working with adolescents, couples, and families.

Rebecca D. Miller, LCSW

Rebecca has 10 years of experience as a therapist and enjoys working with young adults, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in treating NOJOS issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and addiction.

Ciara Connors, LCSW

Ciara has been with Quality Youth Services since 2014 and likes working with any population. She often works with those who have experienced trauma, sexual offending, autism, and anxiety.

Alyssa Black, MSW-I

Alyssa is trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), SFT (Solution Focused Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). She enjoys treating trauma, NOJOS, and any other struggles clients face.

Brayden Burton, MSW-I

Brayden received his Bachelor of Social Work from Utah State University in 2022 and is currently working towards his Master of Social Work at Utah State as well. He enjoys working with adolescents and the LGBTQ+ community.

Shae Schulthess, CSW

Shae enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples with diverse needs and diagnoses. She speaks Spanish and practices bilingual therapy. Shae is trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Narrative Therapy.

René Jones

René always wanted to make a difference in a child's life and has done this by working with at-risk youth/youth that struggle with the law, substance abuse, and NOJOS specific clients.
