Rebecca D. Miller, LCSW
Harrisville, Pleasant Grove, Telehealth

With over a decade of experience as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s most challenging—and meaningful—moments. I work with young adults, adults, and families facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and relationship issues.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater clarity and peace, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with purpose. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals.
My therapeutic toolbox includes evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Narrative Therapy. I’m also a certified therapist with the Utah Network of Juveniles Offending Sexually (NOJOS), offering specialized support for individuals and families navigating these complex situations.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. I’m passionate about helping clients reimagine what's possible and step into the vision of who they are becoming.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in spending time with my four wonderful children, their spouses, and my amazing grandchildren. Family is a cornerstone of my life and a constant source of inspiration.
If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and self-discovery, I’d be honored to support you on that journey.
