Keith Lobdell, Treatment Coordinator

Keith Lobdell is a Treatment Coordinator in Pleasant Grove and a dedicated BSW and ASUDC student, as well as a husband and father of six. He brings a grounded, compassionate approach to his work, shaped by both personal experience and professional training.

Keith will complete his Bachelor of Social Work and ASUDC certificate this December, building on his AAS from Utah Valley University. He has spent the past 2½ years working in residential treatment settings and completed an eight‑month internship at an addiction recovery center, where he strengthened his skills in supporting individuals through substance use recovery and structured therapeutic environments.

Keith is passionate about helping people regain stability and move forward in life—an opportunity he values deeply because it mirrors the support he once received. He especially enjoys working with adolescent youth in the TAL program, where he can offer guidance, consistency, and genuine connection.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys golfing, coaching, gaming, and spending time with his family. These interests keep him balanced and help him bring patience, humor, and authenticity to the clients he serves.
