Terry Boharsik is a BSW intern currently pursuing his Bachelor of Social Work degree. Having made the decision to return to school later in life, he brings a wealth of personal insight, warmth, and dedication to the field. Known for his easy-going nature and fun personality, Terry is passionate about helping others and creating meaningful connections.
His experience in the mental health field includes volunteering with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and serving as a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS). These roles have deepened his commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth.
Terry is especially drawn to working with clients who are open to learning and personal development. His approach is grounded in empathy, encouragement, and a belief in each person’s potential to thrive.
Outside of his professional interests, Terry enjoys music—both listening and performing—volunteering in his community, and watching movies, with a particular love for the horror genre. His diverse passions and approachable demeanor make him a relatable and inspiring presence in the lives of those he serves.
